CA Sunny Jain, Managing Partner in the firm, has 17 years of professional experience to his credit. After obtaining bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi, he pursued his article-ship from the Firm and later joined as a partner in 2008.
He has obtained Diploma in Information Systems Audit (‘DISA’), Diploma in Insurance Risk management (DIRM) and specializations in ‘Not for Profit’ space from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a law graduate (LLB) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He led/ managed several assignments involving Management Audit/ Investigations/ Internal Control Audit etc.
In addition to the above, he also handles income tax assessments and appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).

CA Pooja Bisaria, seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience, Pooja has worked extensively with diversified industries including telecom, NBFCs, manufacturing, media, retail, healthcare and start-ups. Her ability to understand the business environment coupled with sound financial and accounting background has enabled her to provide analytical, strategic and knowledge support to senior management on diversified areas including risk advisory, internal financial controls, treasury, operations, finance, projects and a broad range of strategic advisory services.
Pooja’s wealth of experience includes rendering Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation & FEMA matters. She has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from nationalized banks and NBFCs.
Earlier, Pooja worked with Reliance Industries limited, leading the finance and commercial department for luxury retail brands. Her role was marked with enhancing controls within organisation coupled with automation and change management in matrix environment.
Pooja is also visiting faculty to renowned educational institutes including NM (Narsee Moonje group), ICAI, and has been regularly called upon as speaker on technical aspects.

CA Tanmay Singhal, heading Meerut Branch of the firm, has more than 11 years of professional experience to his credit.
He has been extensively exposed to Audit and Assurance, Internal Financial Control, Secretarial Compliances, Tax Planning, Assessment and other Taxation matters, representing client at appropriate forum such as Registrar of Companies under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Tax Authorities, Banks, etc. His immense grasping power coupled with good understanding helps a lot while executing an assignment. He has been instrumental in negotiating and finalizing various Assets Purchase Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Software License Agreements, etc. for various clients.

Well versed with the knowledge of Corporate Law, FEMA, Stock Exchange Laws, accounting matters etc., and has been proficiently working in these fields for many years.

CA Sachin Kataria Principal Associate in the firm, has over 15 years of post-qualification professional experience to his credit.
He is having a diverse background in the areas of taxation, experienced in the areas of tax planning and compliance for both companies and their shareholders. He assists clients with international structuring and identifying tax efficient entry into new markets. He is engaged in providing services related to tax assessments, litigations before CIT(A) & ITAT. He has also gained rich experience in the field of Indirect taxation for reputed corporate houses. Sachin has worked for Multinational Companies, leading the finance and commercial department for manufacturing Companies. His role was marked with enhancing controls within organisation coupled with automation in accounting functions.
